The recruitment industry is rife with problems that can make the job search process frustrating and overwhelming. As engineers, we've been through it all, from imprecise matching to unethical behaviour. But rather than accepting the status quo, we decided to take action.

In 2018, we founded Cosmic Futures with a mission to revolutionize the way recruitment is done in the Space industry. Our vision is to create a future where job seekers and employers can connect with ease, transparency, and fairness so they can keep on focusing on what matters.
